Jogging Pants And Your Health

It comes from the History that people lead more active lives in the past which naturally kept them fit. Modern life is more of sitting than of active movement, and according to the recent research 95% of Americans cannot pass the physical test. Yes, we have explanations to this, a lot of them, but the fact remains: our health is getting worse with almost every year.

But there is a simple solution: jump into your jogging pants and - onto the street!

American Council on Exercise (ACE) states that a person weighing about 160 lb will jog, he or she can burn about 12 to 13 calories per minute. It will work for you if you will be jogging at about 6 miles per hour. But it is approximately, and the track length might be estimated individually.

If someone dreams about losing weight or staying fit easily, jogging is one of the best ways to achieve these goals. And it is very pleasing and enjoyable, even if it doesn't look like this in the beginning.

You may argue that jogging is very difficult for you by any reason you can mention, but I will say only: you can jog simply if you can walk. It is like if someone can scream, potentially he or she can sing. Well, maybe this example seems like a joke, but you have to see what's beyond it - it simply says that the only thing you need to do is to start doing. Yeap, that's simple!

You should make getting some physical activity as a priority in your life, because your health is largely depends on it. You can start by walking, but put on your jogging pants from the very beginning, thus you will cultivate the proper mood which helps you to reach your goal. Then increase the pace slowly to the point where you can start jogging. Probably this won't happen over a day or week, but don't worry - just keep going, and don't forget your jogging pants!
