When people ask themselves how to detox my body, it usually means that they fill some imbalance in their bodily systems, they feel that something goes wrong, and that is why there is the overall decrease in the health condition.
So how do I detox my body? Firstly, if I need that as fast as I can, I will start to take some detox supplements, preferably the natural ones. Then, I will take into practice a regular detox foot bath procedure. It will accelerate toxin removal. I will buy some detox foot patches and use them for the night. This is the first step on my toxin removal process.
As we proceed with the body detoxification, I will plan for the future to avoid accumulating toxins or at least will try to minimize it. How? I will change my food habits to more natural ones: more wholesome foods stuffs, more fresh foods like fruits and vegetables, more whole grains if I'd like to.
I will try to do some regular physical activity, because it will help to improve internal body processes and accelerate body waste removal. Also I will try to reduce the stress factor as much as possible. Stress negatively affects the nerve system, and because of this the toxins start to build up in the body.
So this is in general would be my plan on how to detox my body. But! You will need to consider some things.
First of all, don't rush for detoxification; approach it at a steady pace instead. It requires avoiding abnormal organism's reaction for rapid toxin removal. The point is that some elements and minerals are bound with some toxins and heavy metals. Also some systems adapted themselves to work with the consideration of the particular amount of toxins. If try to remove them quickly, these systems may receive an abrupt 'freedom' from wastes and start working 'too strong' (if I can use this word). It may lead to strange condition and feelings. Sometimes people even get sick. That is why you need to do it steadily.
Try to drink more water while you are in the process of detoxification, since it will help your body to remove wastes faster and more effectively. Also, besides using detox supplements and detox bath patches, it is better to try practice colon and liver cleansing from time to time. Yes, I know, these procedures are not the easy ones, but the result is great! I did it! Actually, I did only colon cleansing few times, and I felt myself like a feather carried by the wind (in a good sense :) - this is how lightly I felt! Your skin will shine after just proper colon cleansing; you will probably discover that some spots and wrinkles have been diminished or even disappeared after colon cleansing. It is how powerful it is! Basically I refer to the Ayurvedic shankh-prakshalana procedure (you can easily find it on the Internet). Just keep in mind that the knowledge of how to detox my body is not secret or hard to find; it is there at your hand - just take it and put it on your life to experience the new dimensions of it.
